  • Is this a workout program or a system?  It's Both.  A program is included to start in the recommended system.

  • Who should not use this?  The recommended Tweaking feature makes it useful for anyone.

  • Can I adapt it for my goals?  Absolutely.  That's the whole idea!

  • Is this good for beginners?  Yes.  The concept of Crescendo is to start with the basics and build from there.

  • Do I need equipment?  No.  Some exercises might be more effective as you progress but initially no.

  • How should I personalize it?  It suggests starting with the foundational workout included for 4 weeks, then consult.

  • If I need a Tweak, how can I learn of it?  If we don't schedule an in-person session, I will send  an illustration via text or email.
