Why Would I Want a Workout Handbook?

You have so many options... gym membership, stuff you see on social media, personal trainers, online programs, apps, etc.  This Handbook is a product of my 30 years coaching clients through all those options and more.  They all work, if you do them but either they cost a ton or there's no guidance, instruction, or motivation.  The Handbook serves as the "manual" or reference map for Crescendo.  I tried to write it so you can start simple and easy and grow from there.  And if you want more info, I'm easily reachable and here to help.  I tried to create something that was user friendly, inexpensive, content rich, and progressive.  And the best part is the program can work for anyone with any goal!

Why Crescendo Works

​I’ve spent decades coaching, teaching, and learning what actually sticks.  Crescendo wasn’t built from perfection — it was built from experience, mistakes, injuries, and real people trying to train consistently in the real world.  This is the system I wish more people started with.  The foundation and everything encouraged is grounded by my integrated education and ongoing experience in both fitness and orthopedics.

FAQ

  • Is this a workout program or a system?  It's Both.  A program is included to start in the recommended system.

  • Who should not use this?  The recommended Tweaking feature makes it useful for anyone.

  • Can I adapt it for my goals?  Absolutely.  That's the whole idea!

  • Is this good for beginners?  Yes.  The concept of Crescendo is to start with the basics and build from there.

  • Is this good for advanced people too?  Yes.  Programs don't just peak once.  New goals are set and the next Crescendo is trained for.

  • Do I need equipment?  No.  Some exercises might be more effective as you progress but initially no.

  • How should I personalize it?  I suggest starting with the foundational workout included for 4 weeks, then consult or tweak on your own.

  • If I need a Tweak, how can I learn of it?  If we don't schedule an in-person session, I will send  an illustration via text or email.
