Service Description
Discover your strengths and weaknesses, dysfunctions, imbalances and learn what is stable and unstable to pick the best exercises for you. Crescendo Athlete Assessment takes about 30 minutes of your time. I will discuss your history and goals, screen your movement capabilities, and evaluate your movement efficiency. Then I will review this information, create a Profile, organize and report my findings with some suggested exercises. From there, you can either request a Crescendo 4 Week Training Program or use the information to design your own program. Your Profile will serve as a baseline measurement for future progress as it serves sort of like an "MRI" of your current mechanics.
